Sea Salt

This product is kosher, fat free, wheat free, gluten 
free.

This golden colored cooking wine is a mildly sweet 
liquid seasoning that is used to balance out the salty taste of 
soy sauce or miso in Japanese and other Asian foods.  It is the 
best quality of mirin, also know as "Ajino-haha" in Japan.  It 
is only made with rice, rice koji (Aspergillus oryzae), water, 
and sea salt.  It is naturally and traditionally fermented in 
cedar kegs.
