Whole Shiitake Mushrooms (Lentinula 
Edodes)

This product is kosher, sodium free, fat free, wheat 
free, gluten free, has antioxidants, and fiber.

This finest 
grade of small "donko" mushrooms are grown on oak logs in their 
natural forest habitat.  There are absolutely no fungicide 
treatments, artificial logs, or sawdust uses while the mushrooms 
are growing.  The dried shitake mushrooms have a scrumptious, 
savory, and smoky taste, as well as a tender texture.  It is 
also rich in vitamin D and dietary fiber.
