Olive oil comes from the fruit of the olive tree (Olea europaea), one of the oldest plants known to man. It is a fruity oil with a distinctive rich flavor. The olives for our Spanish olive oil are grown and processed in Andalusia, Spain, primarily at the Rapunzel olive plantation.
Recommended Cooking Temperature: This aromatic olive oil enhances the flavor of all your favorite gourmet dishes. Drizzle olive oil mixed with herbs and Rapunzel Organic Balsamic Vinegar on salads; also for low-temperature frying, sautéing, and bread dipping. Can be used as body oil, if desired.
