sunflower oil
Our Sunflower oil has a rich and nutty flavor, is a wonderful addition for all cold dishes, and is appropriate for low-temperature cooking and steaming.
The sunflower (Heliantus annuus) originated in the Americas, and then moved with the colonialists to Europe and Russia, where it became a main oil crop. It is one of the few oil crops that grow in moderate, temperate and the warmer climates. Rapunzel sunflower seeds come from France. The fogging of the oil is a normal sign of its natural state.
