Pasta,riso

Riso (rice) is about 6 mm long, with a thickness between 1,65 
and 1,80 mm and belongs to the tiny doughs pasta family. The 
geographical origin of this format is uncertain.


Riso is 
especially recommended for tasty light soups with croutons or 
finely sliced vegetables or for cream soups.
