The Ingredients Are:
Organic Black Turtle Beans, Water, Kombu 
Seaweed

This product is kosher, organic, wheat free, gluten 
free, low in sodium, low in fat, has antioxidants, and 
fiber.

These black beans are organically grown on a USA 
family farm, and expertly cooked with purified water at Eden's 
certified organic, kosher cannery.  This medium sized bean was 
voted best tasting  and most nutritious.  It is definitely a 
Mexican staple.  Their deep black color comes from the 
carotenoids (antioxidant containing plant color pigments) that 
they contain.   They are absolutely delicious!
