Daikon Radish, Water, Rice Bran, Sea 
Salt

This product is kosher, fat free, wheat free, gluten 
free, and has antioxidants.

This long white Japanese radish, 
called Daikon, is sun dried, and then pickled with rice bran and 
sea salt in wooden kegs.  It is most definitely a Japanese 
staple that is usually eaten with meals, and served with sushi. 
Diastase, an enzyme made during fermentation, is believed to 
stimulate healthy appetite and digestion.  This tasty product 
has a wonderfully crunchy texture.
