including Nora Pouillon of Restaurant Nora, who's Asian Ginger 
Marinade is the perfect compliment to our Wild Alaskan Salmon. 
Each entrée contains a delicious combination of EcoFish and a 
celebrity chef marinade, rub or spice kit.

Ingredients:  Bay 
Scallops. Japanese Glaze: White rice vinegar, honey, sugar, soy 
sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), chili sauce (chili, salt, 
distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate and sodium bisulfite 
(preservatives)), ginger puree, sesame oil, water, sesame seeds, 
xanthan gum, and cellulose gum.
