fat, 0 grams trans fat, 0 milligrams sodium, 34 grams total 
carbohydrate (11% Daily Value), 0.5 gram dietary fiber (2% Daily 
Value), 0 grams sugar, 3 grams protein.

The Instructions 
Are:
Kasmati Rice
1 cup uncooked rice
1 3/4 cups 
water

Combine all ingredients in a 3 qt. saucepan. Allow rice 
to soak in water for 20 minutes. Bring water and rice to a boil. 
Cover with a tight fitting lid or foil; reduce heat and simmer 
15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand (covered) 10 minutes. 
Makes apprxomately 3 cups cooked rice.
