This product is kosher,
organic, sodium free, and low in fat.
These golden ribbons of
pasta are made from freshly milled organic flour and blended
with organic vegetables, organic herbs, and the very subtle bite
of organic saffron. They are small batch traditionally crafted
at the Eden Organic Pasta Company. They are throughly kneaded,
carefully folded, and slow steamed/air dried to make a pasta
that has incredible flavor, texture, and character. There is
absolutely no salt added. It is packaged in a reclosable,
recyclable box, and even has a great recipe from Eden's kitchen
on the back.
