is kosher, fat free, wheat free, non-gluten, has very low 
sodium, and  antioxidants.

The Agar Agar Flakes are 
completely odorless and tasteless.  This vegetable gelatin is 
made with an assortment of wild sea vegetables which have very 
strong bonding properties.  This product is a healthy choice, 
rather than animal or chemical gelatins because it is made 
without chemicals, and naturally freeze dried.  This gelatin can 
easily be used for thickening vegetable or fruit aspics,
