Umeboshi Plums, Sea Salt, Beefsteak Leaves 
(shiso)

This product is kosher, fat free, wheat free, gluten 
free, and has antioxidants.

This product is a tangy, salty 
condiment made of naturally processed pickled umeboshi pulp.  It 
has been pureed to make a wonderful condiment.  A small amoun 
completely replaces both salt and butter for scrumptious corn on 
the cob.  It is perfect for making sushi, dips, sauces, salad
