The Ingredients Are:
70% Organic Whole Grain Kamut Wheat and 
30% Organic Whole Buckwheat

This product is kosher, organic,

This product is a complimentary combination of 
whole grain organic kamut wheat and organic whole grain 
buckwheat flour.  It is made in the classic Italian tube pasta 
form of rigatoni, with outside ridges that can hold a lot of 
sauce.  They are traditionally crafted with slow steam/air 
drying.  This is an incredibly delicious and quick pasta that is 
a good source of carbohydrate nourishment and protein.  Kamut 
and buckwheat are often able to be eaten by those who have 
allergies to common wheat.  It is even packaged in a reclosable,
