Organic Spelt Wheat, Eden Sea Salt

This 
product is kosher, organic, low in sodium, and low in 
fat.

This product is made of non-hybridized organic spelt and 
a smidgen of Eden Sea Salt.  Spelt is an ancient relative of 
wheat that has highly water soluble gluten, which makes it 
easier for people that have moder wheat allergies to digest.  It 
has both a scrumptious flavor and a wonderful texture.  It is a 
good source of protein, and rich in thiamin (B1) and magnesium. 
It is even packaged in reclosable boxes made from recycled 
paper!
