per Serving Cramp Bark Extract (Verbenalin alkaloid 400 mcg) 5

established. Directions: Take 1 to 3 capsules morning and
evening three days prior to menstruation and 1 to 3 capsules
throughout they day during menstruation as needed. Do not exceed
12 capsules per day. Menstrual cramps should noticeably decrease
