Instructions:
Basic 
Mask: Mix contents with 1 oz. spring water.  Stir till smooth. 
Apply with 
fingertips or spatula.  Leave on 15 - 20 minutes. 
Rinse with tepid water. 
Suggestions: for Normal or Combination 
skin, add yogurt, egg white or soy/dairy 
milk.  Dry Skin add 1 
teaspoon olive oil or avocado oil.  Oily Skin add 1 
teaspoon 
lemon juice.  Teens: Substiture chamomile tea or aloe vera juice 
for 
water.  Herbal teas, vitamin E, and papaya can be added to 
any of the above.
