acidity

This product is sodium free, fat free, wheat free, 
gluten free, and has antioxidants.

Red wine that has been 
naturally fermented is then patiently fermented again to make 
fine vinegar.  This traditional healthy food contains "mother" 
of vinegar, a quality indicator that appears as cloudiness.  It 
is both raw and unpasteurized.  This product has a rich color, 
fruity bouquet, and smooth flavor.  It is at 5 percent acidity,
