The Ingredients Are:
Brown Rice (98.55%), Garlic (0.9%), 
Parsley (0.55%), Water Added.

This product is wheat free and 
gluten free.

The Directions Are:
3 Easy Steps: Step 1. Place 
contents into plenty of boiling water (approx 4 liters for every 
250 g/8.8 oz of Orgran pasta). Salt may be added to the water. 
Step 2. Stir gently and continue to boil for 8-10 minutes or 
until preferred consistency. Step 3. Strain and rinse under warm 
running water. Care must be taken not to overcook orgran pasta 
to ensure no loss of consistency, colour, or flavour.

This
