Italian Ices are an all natural treat made by mixing flavorings 
with water in a special blending machine. Unlike other shaved 
ice products, Italian Ices are usually very smooth smooth in 
texture.  The flavors are mixed into the ice as it’s being made, 
instead of being added just before serving, like other Italian 
ices.

All of our Italian Water Ices are made on using pure 
water, sugar and flavorings. Additionally, fresh ingredients are 
added to the flavors.  Our Cream Ices are made the same way as 
our water ices, using the same fresh ingredients, but adding 2% 
butter cream for a smooth texture.
