The Ingredients Are:
Water, Textured Soy Protein (with carmel 
color), Expeller pressed Canola Oil, white distilled Vinegar 
(distilled from corn), Seasoning blend (spices, salt, dextrose, 
paprika, onion powder), Soy Protein concentrate, Salt, Xanathan 
gum, Oleo Resin Paprika (Soy Oil).

This product is 
cholesterol free and sodium nitrite free.

This product is a 
healthy alternative to the scrumptious Mexican sausage called 
Chorizo.  Instead of being made with the traditional meat 
products, Soyrizo is made with 100 percent soy beans!
