This product is kosher, organic, heart healthy, low in 
sodium, low in fat, has antioxidants, and fiber.

This product 
is made of 100 percent whole grain udon pasta of organically 
grown USA family farm whole grain durum wheat.  It is small 
batch crafted with a smidgen of Eden Sea Salt at Eden's 
certified organic plant in Montreal.  Both the shape and 
thickness of this product are very similar to linguini.  They 
are a great source of dietary fiber, vitamin B1 (thiamin), and 
magnesium.  They are also a good source of protein, iron, 
vitamin B3 (niacin), zinc, and copper.  This product is even 
packaged in reclosable boxes that are made from recycled paper!
