Organic Wild Kudzu Root

This product is 
kosher, organic, sodium free, fat free, wheat free, gluten free, 
and has antioxidants.

The kudzu root starch is made from 
certified organic wild mountain kudzu root that is hand 
harvested and traditionally prepared.  This product is used as a 
thickener for sauces, gravies, soups, desserts, and beverages. 
This product always needs to be dissolved in a cold liquid 
before it is added to anything hot.  It also needs to be 
constantly stirred when heating, the milky white color will then 
become clear.
