This is a great all natural product. I have been taking so much cholesterol medicine, that has been having negative side affects such as cramps, fatigue, throwing up, etc. This is the first natural product that I could take that did not only lower my cholesterol but also had no bad side affects. If anything it has had positive affects such as giving me energy, and making me have a better appetite. I highly recommend to try this out. It is the best Red Yeast Rice product that I have found. Not only does it have a good price but the Guggul in it for you is extremely good for you. Solaray is also known to be a good brand!
