What is Rhodiola? Correctly named Rhodiola rosea, you might know this plant better as Aaron's Rod, Roseroot or Golden Root. This is a really good product if you are in to sports. i do not know how it works exactly but i take one in the morning and my stamina is unbelievable all day long. It works so well that even my girlfriend started to take them and even she agrees that they are great.
