i decided to start taking vitamin b-6 because of its universal importance within the human body. Kal has some of the better vitamins on the market so i went with Kal for vitamin b6 and its been very impressive. I feel more energized and i have actually been gaining more muscle mass. I found that b-6 does help with the metabolism of protein so that may extreme the lean muscle gain. Also, i know b-6 is very beneficial for the immune system so adding this to my daily regiment has really served me well.
