My hair and nails had not been very strong for years. i decided after talking to my friend sue to try herbs to strengthen my hair. After a short 3 months i have noticed my hair is growing thicker and my nails are not as brittle as they use to be. i recommend horsetail to anybody looking to strengthen either their hair or nails.
