This is the best evening primrose supplement deal I have yet found. you get 50, 1300 mg. doses. This is a great supplement, which helps to regulate insulin, and elevate the mood. It is all-natural, and provides the health benefit of omega-6 fatty acids, which are heart-healthy. I take 1 dose every morning, and have found it to be very uplifting.
