Directions:   
As a dietary supplement, take 
two (2) tablets per day. Some women may prefer, for optimal 
benefit, to take one (1) tablet in the morning and one (1) 
tablet in the evening.



Other Ingredients: 
Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetarian stearic 
acid, natural peppermint flavor, croscarmellose sodium, 
vegetarian magnesium stearate and micro-cellulose 
coating.



Does Not Contain:   
Yeast, milk and other 
dairy products, corn, wheat, soy, gluten, rye, rice, starch, 
di-calcium phosphate, wax, preservatives, coloring or animal 
by-products.



Warnings:   
Do not use for more than 6
