Description:

Soy Lecithin granules are a naturally occurring combination of phosphatidylcholine and other phospholipids extracted from soybeans. Lecithin provides a more bioavailable, time released form of choline than supplements of choline salts. One tablespoon of lecithin contains 1725 mg of phosphatidylcholine and 232 mg of total choline with no cholesterol.
