If you look at most of the protein bars on the market, their main ingredient is typically brown rice. I decided to go to the source and try some supplements. The B vitamins help keep my energy up during workouts and the rice bran contributes to my daily required bran intake. I was worried that the B vitamins might make me shaky (like energy drinks do) but that wasn’t the case. These were the first stand alone B vitamins I tried and I have no reason to try any others. I highly recommend these vitamins if you’re looking to maintain your energy and get an additional boost to your fiber intake.
