I love this brand of St. Johns Wort! I take it before bed (one capsule) each night and by morning I'm super happy, first thing I do is open the shades and am all smiles no matter how bad my day is going to be. I started taking this for panic and a unwarrented scared feeling I always get after being stressed out for long periods of time. Now Im happier, not stressed out, no anxioiusness, and don't have this scared feeling anymore.
