Nattokinase or Natto is a fermented Japanese soybean which may help decrease the chances of atherosclerosis or hardening of the arteries allowing the blood to flow properly. Amla is an Indian berry that may help to lower cholesterol. Ashwagandha is a helpful ayurvedic herb possessing cardioprotective and anticoagulant properties. These ingredients as well as a few helpful others such as magnesium, hawthorn and ginger work together in order to keep supporting healthy hearts.
