I have been told by a nutritionist that black cohosh extract is very effective at treating menopausal symptoms. I starting using it about a month ago. I admit it is not a miracle product but it the positive effects are noticable. hot flashes, night sweats and mood swings have not been as bad, I am happy with the product!
