I have used this product to help regulate my cycle for the last year, and it works very well. I used to have to take progesterone creams, which caused annoying side effects, like acne and headaches. This is a very mild way of easing PMS symptoms. Of course, take to your doctor first, but I would recommend this product to someone with gynecological issues.
