I find these valerian root extract tablets work within about 30 mins. These are a very effective sleep inducer and can be used as to reduce insomnia naturally. I would recommend this product to anyone who has troubles going to sleep especially if these troubles are caused by stress or worry. From this website this product is also a bargin!
