I can proudly say that Inositol helped me maintain my metabolism levels to where it is normal. I had trouble with that for a while and then I bought this. Usually I don't leave reviews, but this deserves some kind of praise. I even think my hair (which has been thinning out lately for some reason) is growing. I'm really excited about this product!
