I like taking my daily dose of Vitamin C. I especially like to take it during the winter time because before I would get sick every winter but when I started taking Vitamin C supplements, I never got sick. There were still days I felt under the weather but I strongly believe the Vitamin C I was taking was helping me not to get sick. Now that winter is over I still take a Vitamin C supplement two to three times per week.
