Great for added protection for heart and adrenals. Love small size of twinlab vitamin. Tri-boron working like it should be. It also helps your bones to better absorb calcium. I take 3 caps a day and have noticed a real improvement in hot flashes. Much better than taking hormones. Great Product recommend.
