A simple and brilliant 'top-up' of multi-vitamins for the middle-aged gentleman who has a bit less free-time for outdoors activities than he would like to have, but still wants to feel healthy and well. A great supplement to keep you feeling A1 and ward off minor niggling illnesses like colds and 'flu. A someone who is watching their weight (who isn't?) and doing light exercising for fitness, and therefore has cut back on many foods that seem to give you energy, it is really great to feel more invigorated and energetic (younger almost!) and seemingly less susceptable to minor bugs and illness. I recommend everyone to try multivitamins in support of their diet and enjoy the benefits.
