I absolutely love apple pectin. I usually take 2 tablets with each meal to help my digestive system stay regular. This supplement has the right amount of fiber. I have never felt uncomfortable after taking these with my meals. I personally recommend this supplement to all ages, even people that are not lacking fiber in their diet.
