This really is quite a read, I was surprises at how interesting it was as normally this thing really doesn't appeal to me, and I mean really, really doesn't appeal. I knock it off as cheap rubbish designed to make money. But at $3.96 and a little encouragement from friends, I bought it, and by god I'm happy I did and I would encourage ANY of you out there to buy this. The tips on how to achieve better health work and the information here is valuable, in my opinion it should cost more (but then, if it did I probably wouldn't have bought it) but after reading this I would have. A must buy!
