Description: Natural Sport's My Whey™ uses only high biologically active Ultrafiltered Whey Protein and two sources of soluble fiber. Nothing else has been added!

Arabinogalactin (AG) is a soluble fiber derived from the Western Larch trees, which has been studied for its ability to improve digestion and immune support. AG has been the subject of research for the support of healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels. AG also functions as an aid to friendly pro-biotic bacteria growth, through its effect on pH in the colon. The addition of these soluble fibers to My Whey make this a great product for a healthy lifestyle.

How can FOS increase the absorption of nutrients? FOS acts as a pro-biotic nutrient to bifidobacteria and lactobacillus, located in the large intestine. The "good bacteria" help maintain and stabilize intestinal flora. Studies indicate that FOS supports digestive enzymes in the digestive tract, leading to better absorption of nutrients.
