We all know the benefits of soy and that soy is the best great tasting alternative to milk so when I saw this product, I jumped at the opportunity to buy it. It tastes great and goes down smooth. I love the orangey taste and the creamy feeling. The added protein and energy boost is just another plus. I usually take one on the go in the mornings or a mid lunch pick me up and it helps me stay awake and do my job during the day. Its a great replacement for a meal and you wont feel hungry afterwords. Totally worth it!
