Used as a 'dietary supplement, take 1 softgel daily with a meal or a glass of water.' I was skeptical about buying.. But I did and all I can say is after taking it I was defiantly feeling an overall, healthier feeling.. Of course, it took about a week to notice anything but regardless, I would recommended you buy this (:
