Maca is a cruciferous vegetable that is grown at high elevations in the Andes region in Central Peru. It has traditionally been used by Peruvians as a food source for its nutritive support of energy, stamina, virility and vitality.

DIRECTIONS

Add two scoops to water or a beverage of your choice and mix well. Maca also blends well in protein shakes, yogurt and on cereal. It will also enhance the healthfulness of cookies, pasta and other baked dishes.
