I have been taking a calcium supplement for over 10 years now, and I have tried many different brands. Kal calcium citrate D-3 1000, is my favorite by far. I get no indigestion or gas from this one.(I have had some complaints from other brands)Calcium provides virtually no noticeable effect, Yet I still take it, as my doctor recommends a calcium supplement. It is necessary for healthy bones, and at my age I cant take any chances. Kal is easy on the stomach, that's why I like it. -Dave
