it is very good for protein energy. Its in powder form and powder mixes easily and has been enhanced to digest and absorb more easily. I heard it is also good for maintaining a healthy heart, bones, hormones, and cellular function and specially helpful for healthy cholesterol support. I want to say who use it please do not use it along with Bee products, that may cause an allergic reaction.
