Soy Lecithin granules are a naturally occurring combination of phosphatidylcholine and other phospholipids extracted from soybeans. Lecithin provides a more bioavailable, time-released form of choline than supplements of choline salts. Choline is intended to provide nutritive support for normal, healthy liver function, plays a role in heart health, the reproductive process, and cognitive and physical performance. One tablespoon of Solaray® apple cinnamon flavored lecithin granules contains 1286 mg of phosphatidylcholine and 173 mg of total choline with no cholesterol.
