The Simple Steps®
Program advanced Thermo-Set®. It is a special combination of 10
herbs with chromium to boost energy, promote thermogenesis, and
help to develop lean body mass.*
Exercise makes you thirsty,
and water is an important catalyst in losing weight and keeping
it off. Water suppresses the appetite, aids the body in
metabolizing stored fat, helps to maintain proper muscle tone,
and prevents fatigue. Simple Steps® suggests drinking at least
eight 8-ounce glasses of water every day and one more for each
25 pounds of excess weight.
Amount per 1 capsule: 50 mcg
Chromium, 100 mg Guarana Seed Extract yielding 25 mg caffeine,
250 mg Zhi Shi (Citrus aurantium) Fruit yielding 100 mg
polyphenols, 5 mg Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) Seed Extract, 150
mg Green Tea Extract yielding 90 mg polyphenols, 12 mg caffeine,
21 mg Epigallo-catechin-3 gallate (EGCG), 17.5 mg Epimedium
sagrittatum (leaf), 17.5 mg Laminaria digitata (whole plant), 25
mg Eleutherococcus senticosus (root) yielding 1.25 mg
Ginsenosides, 16.5 mg Astragalus (root), 15 mg Corn Silk, 15 mg
Licorice (root), 1 mg Amylase, 1 mg Neutral Protease, 1 mg
Lactase, 1 mg Lipase, 1 mg Cellulase.
Additional ingredients:
rice flour, chromium picolinate, gelatin, vegetable
stearate.
Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules in AM with
mid-morning snack, and 1 capsule before 3 PM with afternoon
snack.
