Milk Thistle is standardized to yield 240 mg (80%) Silymarin per 
capsule. 
One capsule contains 300 mg Milk Thistle (Silyburn 
marianum) containing 240 mg Silymarin

Other ingredients: rice 
flour, vegetable stearate, vegetable cellulose, water.

As a 
dietary supplement, take 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule 
with lunch.
